Welp, some things never change. Their LBs will continue to suck.

How they affording all these players? Didn't they just resign Hurts last offseason. I don't get how we have to shed salary yet they are signing all these players

The Eagles had a spectacular offseason so far. I hate to say it but we could be in trouble. We had a bad one. As we didn't deal with offensive line and let Armstead go too. Greenlaw and Hufanga coming off the injuries. I think we got worse and they got a lot better.

#Eagles pass-rusher Josh Sweat is staying in Philly, sources tell me and @TomPelissero. He's agreed to terms on a restructured contract, despite interest elsewhere for what likely would have been a pay increase. Philly keeps a good one home. pic.twitter.com/xTp8etWjel

Oh no! Now we'll only beat them by 20

I think we got worse and they got better in the off season. But we will see.

If the 49ers do meet the Eagle in the playoffs, next time they won't have high school level coordinators on both sides of the ball.
Let's not pretend that their roster isn't stacked.

What made them scary was their offensive line.
Losing Kelce and Dickerson is huge.
I'm more worried about the Lions and Packers TBH.

We are a better team, but they aren't far off. Unless O line improves for us, they would beat us 3 or 4 out of 10 with the way things are shaping up.

The eagles had bigger problems than just their coordinators. Specifically:
s**tty LBs (no change here)
Mediocre CBs (no change)
Mediocre safeties (cjgj is good so improved)
They signed Barkley, who averaged under 4 ypc last year. They let swift go, who was a good RB. RB was not an issue for them last year but their ol got worse.
I agree they're better than last year but last year they legitimately should have been a 5 win team. Had no business making the playoffs. Can Hurts turn into an actual QB? That will determine if they're good or not this year.

People hyping up the Eagles because of all their moves this offseason but even with those moves, the Niners still have the better roster. They picked Barkley up who is great, But CMC is better. They grabbed Devin White is no longer great and he might be there best LB. We have the best linebacker in the league and another top 5 LB in Dre. They signed CJG who is good but who is their other safety? We have 2 good ones and yes I know one of them is coming off a serious injury. We have 2 good corners, One being a top 10 CB. Do the Eagles have any good corners? I also would take Brock over Hurts. They signed Huff but he is not Nick Bosa. They have 2 highly talented young DT's but they both still have alot to prove before you can call them elite. Especially Davis. We have a much better LT and TE than them. They have us at WR but not by much and they have is by a wide margin at Oline as a whole. Though as of now we can't say Jurgens is better than Brendel because he hasn't proven it.
The way I see it is the Eagles are making these moves to try and close gap.

They've upgraded their coordinators for sure, roster is good, but they still have a high school level QB. Hurts is still trash, and that 2022 season was an outlier.
