DE Chase Young signs with the Saints

Re-watching the game. Dude was awful against the run, but he had some wins rushing the passer.

Chase Young wins, but Jordan Love gets the ball out. That was the theme of the night. They were also chipping the s**t out of our ends all night.

Very interesting
Sometimes I have no idea what PFF looks at. How was Chase Young the 5th highest graded defensive player? I know that's not saying much because alot of our guys had bad games but he might have been the 2nd worse, Only behind Ambry. He was a liability out there.

Friends don't let friends, PFF.

I was trying to remember him the other day. Definitely would work better. Maybe sign him and draft another later.

His sack #s were never crazy, but he always had great pressure and win rates then tore his Achilles and just hasn't been able to fit in after he signed with jets. Could get him for a fraction of the cost and get similar production….all that said he will probably sign some big deal lol. I'm always way off on my contract projections

I never expected crazy numbers. Even his best year, he only got 7.5. Perhaps with 4 years of tape on him, the league knows what he is. I can't even call him JaDeveon Clowney at this point because Clowney was an elite run defender that could provide some pass rush.

What's the counter defensively knowing teams are chipping our ends? Will Wilks do it???

Spin moves and stunts.

When is the last time we ran a stunt?

2022 I'm guessing.

Yesterday
I was yelling for them to run a stunt so the DE wouldn't be there to chip and also to get pressure for once

He's on IR. He's done the rest of the way.

I don't care if he's here or not next season. I expected sacks from him and Bosa and nothing.
