Now that Wilks is gone let's say goodbye to this slug.

I don't disagree with you but apparently whatever Bosa wants bosa gets

Given our entire D line regressed under Wilks I'd like to bring back Chase on a reasonable deal.

This....Yes without Wilks we should see. I think Demeco could have got a lot out of him.

Makes me wonder too, and with other guys like Hargrave. I'm down with him and a discount as long as they get the right DC in here.
Maiocco doesn't think he's coming back, which tells you all you need to know.
Let him walk. He wants to get paid and will return to his Lazy ways.

Only reason he balled out in the Superbowl was to advertise himself

Pretty sure he had a rep for the same effort issues at Washington. Now that org was a disaster so I wouldn't judge in isolation but watching him loaf thru half this season I don't think I'd re-sign him unless it was for cheap and he had to earn starts.

I would be surprised if he takes a multi year deal anywhere. He may be offered one - but don't know why he'd take it. There is just no chance he feels he's maximized his market.

To me, much more likely he takes a one year prove it deal with major incentives on a contender. Try to make the large gtd money in 2025.

1 year for $10m feels right. I wouldn't go higher than that. If another team offers more - so be it.
I read he will get around 13 a year. Hmmmmm not sure but he's only 24.
Waste of time and money.

With that $$$, we can certainly find someone better.

And he got called out on a national stage. We need more consistency.

Rather spend his cash on a stud olineman. If you can't get results with Bosa, Hargrave, and Armstead anchoring the line, it's time to blow that s**t up

Let's see if another team is dumb enough to give him a long-term deal. Don't think he's gonna get that many offers in FA.

Crazy that he's only 24. Feel like he should be around 26 haha. I would welcome him back
Can't leave fast enough.
