IMO he cost himself some money today

he missed a sack then stayed on the ground and didn't pursue

Hurts had nobody around and took his sweet time and you can see Chase Young dogging it on the ground

That is not 49er football

Did anyone see Chase go behind the tush push and yank Hurts back by the collar? He totally stopped Hurts' advance. It's a legal play, too. I'm surprised nobody has done this before.

It seems like he gets close but always misses by a bit. I was hoping for more impact than what I've seen so far... Not just this game but since he joined

Seem to play well to me. We cannot measure these guys impact on sacks alone. I thought the whole unit played well against the best OL in the NFL and a dangerous running QB that can break games open with his legs.

Chase could've went rouge and chase Jalen Hurts , but dude was so disciplined and set that edge all game.
comparing him to Deebo…He can do it when it's needed, he is such a team player since he has been with Niners that the stats doesn't make who they are as long as the team is firing in all cylinders.
I hope we resign Chase.

teams need to start getting a guy or two behind Hurts and yanking that f**ker back by the collar. I'm pretty sure this is 100% legal as long as he's inside the tackle box/the pocket.
