Cj Stroud is the real deal. He's what Lance should have been. Except that Stroud actually had to prove It in college, and Lance basically fooled shanalynch.
Shanalynch thought they could take Lance's physical traits and his ability to run and his tabula rasa state as a QB and then mold him into Kyles system. That didn't happen.
