Again, the Chiefs get a lot of whistles, but all these personal foul calls against the Ravens have been personal fouls. Totally losing their composure.

The touchback rules wasn't in effect on that play, as the ball didn't go out of bounds.
Flowers fumbled it before crossing the goal line, and the Chiefs recovered it.
