The kickoff is pretty sweet if you watched the XFL. It was the only thing I liked about the XFL and wanted the NFL to adopt.

What exactly is a hip drop tackle? You hit someone in the hip and they go down? It is just another subjective way for the defense to be penalized.

we needed a new return man regardless of the rule change (McCloud signed with ATL)
but like I said, I think Deebo would be very dangerous in this new format

Anything would be an improvement on the kickoff the way it has evolved until now.

I'm not a big fan of the new rule, but like you said, anything is better.
Hip drop will be very interesting.

Hopefully we only use Mitchell or Mason for KO returns…..until the playoffs. Then it's Deebo
