Not who would beat who but if you were to add one of them to your team who would you choose?

For this current 49ers roster, Deion.
If every position on the roster was considered average, Moss.

Give me Prime, I didn't catch a lot of Bo Jackson, so Prime is the best athlete I have seen. Moss good as he was, won zero rings. Moss also sucked on the Raiders, in his prime. He kinda mailed that whole thing in. Prime never mailed in anything. Rookie Moss was crazy, but so was Deion his entire career. Sanders is arguably the best return man and cover corner of all time.

Yeah, meant it as a general question not pertaining to the 9ers cause you'd have to go with Deion. I'd take prime player vs player because I think you need a great qb for Moss to reach his full potential.
I'd take Marino + Moss over Deion + Reggie White

Sure a great QB would allow for Moss to truly excel. Plugging Deion into an average defense doesn't move the needle as much as Moss into an average offense. Putting Deion on an average defense would allow you to cheat a bit with your safeties and have them help elsewhere, but I still think the, "you're only as strong as your weakest link' applies here. Whereas putting Moss onto an average offense will create space for the other average receiving options since he commands a double team on critical downs, thus helping the offense more. imo

Not to mention he was producing at elite levels for the bulk of his career without great QBs.

Moss was a ways more physically special than Jerry, Jerry ran laps around Moss thanks to work ethic, that is why he is the GOAT

Deion. There's plenty of great receivers but only 1 prime time. Plus Deion would be able to put the clamps on the other teams Moss.
