If anything, they'd probably do something like sign Tannehill, who's a free agent.

I hate seeing any player injured. With that said, I don't feel bad for their fan base cause no one felt bad for us when Brock got injured on our way to a potential superbowl.

I would settle for a 1st to help them out a little. I thought the team doctors could feel if the ACL is there. That's good news potentially.
I feel bad for love, dude had a bad game, and got super lucky his INT total was not higher....but it was nothing we have not seen from young QBs in the past....the down side, if he has to miss time....he has to live with that game longer. I am sure the vast majority of players would want to go out the next week and clean that taste out of their mouth.

I know the story about Love is that he is unflappable and has a short memory yada yada yada....I dont buy all that.....I think the dude will dwell on this game until he gets a chance to do better next time.

Yeah, I think love will miss most of the season but possibly not all of it. If they can get decent qb play to keep them In playoff competition - they might be able to wait him out.

seems like an MCL and ACL sprain or a dislocated knee or something. My guess is a MCL sprain and possibly a high ankle sprain.

Injuries can really take a toll on a QBs timidness. I think Derek Carr is a great example - he was a completely different player before his season ending injury with the raiders like 10 years ago or whenever it was.

I don't think love is a special qb but he's good. A top 12 kinda guy but I don't like the way he plays under stress and pressure situations. Some guys get better and some guess regress in those situations, so far he has shown regression.

I hope his injury isn't terrible. I hope we stay healthy this year :/

called it!

Means he might not miss much time at all depending on severity. I've torn my MCL a couple times and each time I was able to walk fairly normally after a week. Lateral movement took about six months to fully recover.

I just saw a report from ESPN that the packers hope he only misses about 4 weeks. Which means it probably should be more 6-8 weeks but they'll want him back asap.

I guarantee he will be a worse qb when he comes back. His mobility won't be there and will probably try to overcompensate in the pass game. Hell it's questionable if the pack can even make the playoffs now.

lions and Chicago coming for that ass!

He shouldn't have any issues dropping back but like you said, mobility will be a concern, being able to move sidewards and evade pressure but all things considered it probably the best case scenario for him and GB. Could have been far worse.

yeah it looked like it may of an awful injury. Def lucky considering.
I always worry about a QBs mental health after an injury - like are they more timid and worried about getting reinjured? Ya know?

Super glad to here Loves injury isn't gonna cost him the season. If that was a 49er I guarantee the knee would have been shredded
That's good news for them and if they can take half of the games he is out, two or three, their playoffs goals are alive and well.

I don't hate the Packers like other annoying teams. This is good news for them considering.

Their next 3 games are favorable for them but with Willis at QB, I could see them easily dropping to 1-3 to start the season. If that happens they could have a hard time getting enough wins to get into the playoffs. And considering it might take even longer for Love to be at 100 and what we just watched last night. It was not an impressive showing from Love or the Packers.

Id imagine Tannehill will be getting a call once Love goes on IR
