All this. Colorado wins 4 games and he's some savior and awesome coach who is on tv non stop. Have a little better year and get blown out in the bowl game. If he goes to the cowboys, it will be a train wreck.
For as bad as they were, yes is he is. Now will he take the next step? Doubtful. He has some major talent to replace.
