You should. It didn't lead to a championship so that whole season was a failure.

That game would have been an afterthought in the 80s and 90s. Now the millennials celebrate these games like iconic moments in sports history.

Consider the Catch I and what it led to.
Consider the Catch III and what it led to.

the difference in fan mentality is remarkable across 4 decades

It was still a great moment. We can celebrate it, even though Alex s**t the bed the next game and lost. I am convinced with average QB play in the NFCCG and the Superbowl, we would have won a title that year.

Lol, not even. That game stacks up to any Niner playoff win I've seen, including ones that lead to SB wins.

Yes I agree. It was a great moment. But as you said, Alex s**t the bed one week later

I think it's clear who the millennial is here. I watched all 5 SBs, doubt you can say the same. But hey you're an expert on all things bills and giants, so you've got you've got that going for you

We be a interesting game if it does snow.

I was at the game for The Catch and it was the most exciting and greatest sporting experience ever for me. Fans screaming. Fans crying. Like a weight being lifted. Then we had to come back to reality and watch as the Cowboys went down the field to try nad pull it out. Game saving tckle. Game over. Super Bowl here we come.

I had season tickets for 33 years and saw every home game in person. Wathched all the SBs. No other game was as exciting as that one.
