From SSF, take BART to Balboa Station. From there, take the MUNI Shuttle to the stadium. It'll drop you off right next to it...

Thanks man. I was wondering how far it would be to walk from Balboa station to the stadium? lol....I've always hated taking two buses/trains.....
I wish there was a more defined seating chart that shows exactly where my seat is:

Section 10
Row D
Seats 1 and 2
I have 2 bus load of people for 100 people in total and I want to do a tailgate party at the stadium. Where is best to do it at? I was told that the bus parking lot only has limited space for the tailgate.
f* looks like i'm not taking the BART and i've to drive.

are there any free parking places near the stadium? btw, i know the area soooooo 1. i dont want my rental car to get jacked and 2. i dont want to get jacked.

if there arent any, how much are parking passes usually? appreciate the feedback!

This is what I usually did when I lived in Berkeley. Take the Bart from Downtown Berkeley to Embarcadero (it's the first station when you reach SF). From the station itself - you can catch the Muni - T Line (you have to buy seperate tickets for Muni - machines are available there) - (when you get on the Muni - make sure you scan your ticket...located near the door) - get off on 3rd and Gilman. From there - you can walk to the Park (10-12 minute walk on Gilman) or you can take the shuttle (86 or 87).

For one person - it used to cost me about $15 round trip and used to take 1hr 10 minutes each way - including the 10 minute walk. Pretty good.

And for those of you not willing to get jacked in HP, consider driving.

FYI - They are selling Parking Passes to the main lot for the 1st 2 hours of every home game this year! They had discontinued this last season! So its good news if you want to attend a tailgate!
