I don't think any of these games play on quicktime. Try downloading TVU or Sopcast.

I am kind of new to some of this stuff, so how safe is it? (Viruses, spam, etc) I have used TVU before, it was okay, albeit a bit flawed, has it improved?

And am I right that the way people get away with using this stuff is because it is typically over the air broadcasts, or do they have an agreement with the networks to delay their broadcasts (usually by seconds)?

The stooge site has been fine for me.

Anybody have a link that works for downloading tvants? I came up with one that downloaded an old version that won't work.

this is just my experience but when I went to d-load the "free" download(link is in the board somewhere) IT was always slow and sometimes just didnt work. I always tried to get it on gamedays...they do have links to download for a couple bucks but thats BS. So I downloaded it on tuesday and it d-loaded just fine....I think they are hip to peeps like us who only think of getting it on sundays.. this is just my experience ,not sure if it helps but...who knows. Good luck to my fellow niners fans trying to watch the game on the internet! btw stoogetv worked great for me last weekend.

everytime i try to watch a game from stoogetv i get this message trying to play from windows media player

Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct.

what do i do, or can i use a different player and how?

If after 20sec you clink the link you will get that message. You have to wait for another link and click it before 20sec.

just try again. The error is BS. I don't think it's got anything to do with your proxy settings.

thanks...yea you have to click the link right when it shows up

media player isn't working for me when i click on the link...and TVU keeps crashing on me. Sopcast states the channel is off-line.
