The San Francisco 49ers NFL team and Ticketmaster LLC are being sued in a season ticket resale class action lawsuit filed in California federal court by a football season ticket holder, alleging that restricting 49ers ticket resale to a Ticketmaster site until right before game day effectively violates antitrust laws.
Plaintiff Amir Kazemzadeh seeks to represent himself as well as all 49ers season ticket buyers for the 2015 year onward in this 49ers class action lawsuit, claiming the NFL team violated antitrust laws by requiring that season ticket holders resell their seats through Ticketmaster-operated NFL TicketExchange, if they are attempting to sell them 72 hours before game day. According to Kazemzadeh, this ticket policy introduced in 2015 burdens season ticket holders with mandatory fees and they are left unable to unable to sell their tickets for less than what they are worth.

you can't transfer or print tickets until 72 hours prior to the event. You can transfer the tickets, but they are not available (i.e. you cannot get the pdf file) until 72 hours prior. Only thing you can do is list them on ticketexchange, which is a terrible site to sell.

It truly is a crock of poop that season ticket holders don't receive physical tickets and are forced to use one platform for resale (if we can't make the games).
They sold this as a way to "embrace technology" and "prevent duplicate ticket sales."

Yeah I am super pissed right now. Tickets that we have already PAID FOR aren't available to PRINT as if we're their irresponsible children.
They MUST fix this, and fix it soon

Sup all.
I'm coming into town for Dreamforce. I'll be in town from September 14 to 18, so of course I want to go to MNF!
In Indianapolis I've had a lot of success getting tickets right before the game at a reasonable value. And then, if you are willing to get tickets right after kickoff, you can really get a good deal.
Any advice for me? Or anyone have any reasonable tickets they are willing to part with?
