But with that said, you never know what might get accepted and I have had some surprising lowballs accepted - where I made a low-ball offer hoping to elicit a counter... and the guy just accepted the lowball.

Good luck with your sale. I've sold a couple SBL and it is just dumb luck when that guy comes along who is ready to buy. They're a lot easier to acquire than they are to get rid of ...
Thanks for the note. I do agree that lowball offers are part of the game, but the initial poop offer and then $8 - $10 incremental increase is hilarious and somewhat annoying. But I get it...(because I would do the same!).
That being said, I'm not aching to sell one or both SBLs. I can wait this thing out when we are SB contenders and demand for seats hopefully go up.
