I wouldn't normally have to do this, but due to changes in my family situation I have to get things in order. Here goes ....
Here is a great opportunity for someone to get in on the action while the Niners look poised to win the NFC West and go into the playoffs. Ive been a season ticket holder for years with 2 fantastic seats side by side in Lower Reserve Section 14, sixteen rows up just below the overhang near the aisle at around the 40 yard line (the seats are closer to Section 16 near the end of the row). Great sight lines, die hard long time fans, protected from the bright sun, rain, good times throughout.
The individual price for single game tickets in this section for premium sideline seats is $139 (more when you count the ridiculous Ticketmaster fees that everyone hates paying). BUT you would never be able to get sideline seats like this, the only way is to have season tickets with the fellow fans that have been going to games long before the Montana and Rice glory days.
As a season ticket holder your cost per game is only $114 (a $25 discount from the single ticket price). The Niners are playing some awesome desired prime time games this year kicking off their first home game on Monday Night Football against the Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints. The Philadelphia Eagles game on NBC Sunday night football, along with the extremely rare hated Bay rival Oakland Raiders regular season match up. Trying to buy those 3 games alone on EBay will cost you hundreds of dollars over face value.
Because of my family situation and not being able to attend many games this year, I?m not even looking to make a profit on this deal. I?m only looking to get FACE VALUE for these tickets which at 9 games in the season is $2052 total, not a penny more.
By purchasing the season tickets for this 2010 season you would also have the right to purchase playoff tickets when/if the Niners return to glory and win the NFC West against a pretty weak division. If you are interested we can talk about me signing over the rights to these tickets, but they have been in my family for a long time so I?m a little reluctant about doing that.
Let me know if you have any questions. Go NINERS!!!

I got two tickets to the 49ers vs. San Diego game on Thursday, September 2nd at 7pm (PDT).
The seats are:
UR 43, Row 8, Seats 3 & 4.
(I believe it's looking right at the middle of the field from the upper section
http://www.seats3d.com/nfl/san_francisco_49ers/)
I really want to trade the tickets and am willing to trade them for any other pair of home game tickets or the away games vs. the Raiders (preseason), Chargers, Denver or Seahawks during the regular season. PM me!
I am willing to make all kinds of deals to make the trade fair so don't be shy about asking. Thanks!

I just lowered my price on the before mentioned tickets to $50 BELOW face value. So it's $2,000 for the entire season. I'll be giving these to the first offer. First come first served, go Niners!

Actually, I'm open to selling almost every game this season. Just hit me up with an offer by PM. There's only two games that I'm absolutely going to.
