That run in STL was on 4th and short.

I stand corrected. The DET one was on a 3rd and long I believe. That's where I got confused. I just checked and you're right, it was 4th and 1. The down/yardage is kind of moot, the point was that this guy is a great player. I appreciate the correction but I'm not sure whether you were just pointing it out or whether you were trying to be a smartass about it. Either way you win my friend.

love me some #21 (only jersey I own so far)

Gore is awesome but production speaks for itself and he has never been much of a TD guy and has been average at best the last 2 years. Willis is the face of this franchise

feel free to start a Gore criticism thread if that's how you feel

I might do that. Gore is definitely over rated

He should wear that "rainbow" tinted visor during an actual game. that would look sick.
2007

K i guess thats a good start to the Frank Gore Appreciation Thread. I have way more that i took from 2007, but as you can tell i had a Canon Powershot back then as opposed to now Rocking the Canon Digital Rebel XSI.

Ya that Rainbow tinted visor would be great, but im pretty sure its against NFL Regulations, thats why he only wears it during Training Camp.

Out of all the players i have met, Frank Gore has to be one of the most down to earth guys on our team. He is extremely fan friendly, but seems shy (ala why he doesnt sign much at TC). But you get the guy 1 on 1 and he is the most kind hearted out there. Only other person i would say that ranks up there with him is Joe Nedney. But if you look at the star power difference between the two, its good to see that Frank doesnt let being the starting running back for an NFL Team goto his head. That pic of me and him at the airport was after the Carolina game. We were going through airport security. I thought it was him said his name he turned around nodded. But then he proceeded to tell his buddy on the phone hey man ill call you back, then started talking football with me.

We need to win a SUperbowl this year, if only to immortalize Franks with our other greats. He deserves to be in the niner hall of fame!
