...not. Acted like a diva, most of the time invisible when needed most.

I try not to make emotional/heat of the moment declarations, but this might be the worst post in the history of 49erswebzone.....if you were not being sarcastic.

I'm sure he's trolling. If not that, is definitely one of the stupidest posts of the almost 10 million posts on the webzone.

This play alone nullifies that comment.

And the one where he got us inside the 10 in the sb
That is all you got? one breakout during a regular-season game and a run during the SB? We got plenty of battles with Seattle when Gore was invisible, remember the Conference game when Sherman intercepted a pass to Crabtree to end the game.

Is that all you've got is one game where one of the best defenses in NFL history shut everybody but Kap down? The man is the franchise leader in rushing Yards and TDs, and soon to be the #6 rusher in NFL history. You're talking like he's some scrub who has limped along to mediocrity his entire career.
i will actually be rooting for frank to run all over us lol

I don't care much about stats neither I want to take them away from Gore.
Imho, a player is special if he carries his team more often than not when it counts most and if we are talking about important games. Gore did not do that.
Outside of this fanbase not many ppl talk about him as if he were a special RB.
Smash that record in style frankie!

Not everyone gets to play on a good team to be involved in important games...Gore was special because he had multiple, multiple seasons of success for us while being recognized as one of the best RB's in the league by his peers even though he was forced to play behind garbage Olines on mediocre teams because our ownership and FO couldn't figure out how to put a roster together.

If we could have moved the Harbaugh era up to 2009 with Aldon, Bowman, etc....would have been guaranteed SB with Gore.

By 2011/2012 he was still very good but not transcendent like the earlier years.

Gore on a team with a proper passing game could have had an undeniable 1st ballot HoF career.

His career isn't over and he could find himself in the top 5 of all rushers in the History of the league by the time he retires...I bet he ends up a 1st ballot HOFer.

He broke his hand in the nfc title. His 2 biggest rushing totals in his career have come vs seattle (both 200+ yards) so theres that. Barry sanders must suck cus they lost a million in a row to gb and he never carried them in a real signature moment walter payton no showed his sb appearance too also sherman never intercepted a pass in that game....da fuq were u watching?

Being a good RB on a mediocre team is not a specialty in this league.
However, he played on a playoff caliber team as well.
I wish you were trolling communist. At least then I would give you credit for attempting humor. But you attempting to rationalize an idiotic comment about Gore being a diva and disappearing when we needed him has shown the whole board that you are just clueless.

you are right, Sherman tipped it.
I've never watched Payton nor Sanders.

IMHO, a first ballot candidate should have been an outstanding player not just by stats. Lynch is one, Gore is not.
