I just hope they keep running him. Seems he never gets the ball in the 2nd half
He's less than 50 yards away from passing Tomlinson for 5th place so he could move from 7th to 5th next Sunday.

f**k yeah. Still looking solid like ive been saying.. Im a smitch surprised... The man knows how to take care of himself and how to run.
Buying Gore's jersey during his rookie season was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I will forever love Franklin Delano Gore. I'd love to see him play one last season, and pass Martin for #4.
Did he pass tomlinson?

I just checked the Colts remaining schedule, brutal in terms of the defenses they'll face. Denver has mailed it in, but they're still a top 5 unit.

@Jags
Denver
@Buffalo
@Ravens
Texans

I don't think that's the right order, but those are the last 5 opponents.
Career highlights up to now.

Someone posted this in NT but it got locked, figured I'd put it here. It's a case against Gore for the HOF. A very weak case, in my opinion.

His point is that Gore was never one of the "top 5 backs" during any of the years that he played. While he may not have ever led the league in rushing, TD's, etc., there is something to be said for longevity. Art Monk comes to mind. He had to wait a long time to get in because he was derided as merely a "compiler." But why should longevity and durability be seen as negatives? That makes absolutely no sense to me.

Gore without a doubt belongs in the Hall of Fame. But I'm sure we'll probably see more idiots like this writer come out against him.

That article was written just to stir the pot. And by people's reactions, it did its job. lol
