If yesterday taught us and our coaching staff anything, Gore is still the focal point of our offense. We should but deviate from what we do best unless forced to by the scoreboard. They came out the gates trying to pass on the Vikings because they thought they were an inferior team and we could do whatever we wanted on them. The plan failed miserably. Let's go back to the way we have been winning. It wasn't broke so it didn't need fixing. If they want an explosive offense a change will have to be made at qb. Alex is a good manager and he can win games from time to time. To expect it on a consistent basis is unfair though, he isn't that type of player.

Yep they tried to stat pad for Alex but then realized oh f**k they are shutting us down. Then all went to hell.
they are who we thought they were!!! and we let em off the hook!!!

This X2. IMO this just sums it right up.

He probably would've gotten more touches had he not fumbled.

He fumbled towards the end of the game. He wasn't getting hardly any before.
lynch has over 300 yards

He shoulda got more than 12 touches yesterday.

I couldn't figure that one out either. I wish they'd try to work him into the passing game a little more.

It is why we lost, the offense couldn't stay on the field because they became pass happy and the defense couldn't stop the play action because they became dick stupid.

Pass-happy wouldn't be a problem if we wouldn't throw 4-yard passes.
phuck grank fore.

Hunter should've carried the ball MOAR
Should have been the focal point this last week. He is having quite possibly the best season of his career thus far. Feed him.
His ypc avg is good...and he should've had more touches on Sunday. However, his fumble was key...really took momentum away when it was working for the O.

we were outgameplanned and on top of that our whole team was sluggish

thats why we lost nothing else

every team has games like these

Franky is a baller he always starts out strong and tails off towards the end of the year.

haha, that's like saying...Gosh, your a great kid, you're just a little retarded and half ugly so you don't stand a chance...

I bet he gets his total up to 400 yards tomorrow
We must run as a team and Frank should have in between 15 to 20 touches while Kendall gets around 10. We need Jacobs as a situational rusher and our QBs must scramble and Alex should never have to put up more than 25 to 30 balls per contest. This happens and we win most games because it is probably an indicator of us moving the ball well controlling the clock and scoring. We don't need to become pass heavy for it seems contradictory to what we want to do. Too much passing jeopardizes ball security TOP and field positioning. This leads to extra stress on our defense and special teams. We must share the carries so that we don't wear Gore down, but we cannot forget to run the ball especially when we average 6ypc
