A guy signing a one year, $2 million contract is not someone with a ton of options. That is average special teamer money. That might prove to be a bargain for the Bills but also tells me that there wasn't a whole lot of interest out there.
He's a journeyman back now and is being paid like one. If he plays again next year, I wouldn't be shocked to see him on yet another team. With the abundance of RBs in the past few drafts, most teams are just electing to go younger at the position. Which is why I said it would have been nice to see him go someplace where he can make a real run at a SB to finish out his career but I don't think that is going to come to pass.
