LOL, Jed saying Frank is pretty much like an unpaid employee with us.
I want Gore on the squad in any capacity we can get him. Hope he ends up coaching for us when he hangs em up.
The Tom Brady of running backs.

Me too! He can help grind the clock out in the 4th!

Great running back, sure. Longevity, sure. But Frank has never won anything.
Wonder if this is the year Frank gets left behind and doesnt get picked up by any team

Maybe he just likes to play football and wants to keep playing?

I mean, what the f**k is wrong with that?

He should play as long as he wants to play.

This and teams are still signing him so they obviously think he can play and he has been productive

Shoot, man, if they carry over the same practice squad rules, why the heck don't we at least put Gore on the practice squad with us?

Completely agree. If he still wants to play, let him try until he has no other opportunities left. In my opinion, that's just who Frank is. He's gonna play as long as he is given a chance.

The fact that he produced as much as he did last year on such a garbage team tells me he actually still has something left.
Frank has a bigger heart than anyone in the NFL in my opinion. He can still produce, if we weren't stacked at RB he would be worth it as depth but we have way too many solid young RBs right now.

Just a reminder. There are guys that didn't win anything in the NFL in Canton. SB isn't a measure of player.

York said he will Retire as a 49er. Gore has mentioned he would like to be a scout.

+1
this always comes up when a great player wants to keep playing.

if he wants to play and a team wants him on their roster that's all that needs to be said.
Shoot, bring him in now and let him compete with Wilson out. If Mostert was packaged in a trade for Julio or something, it wouldn't hurt to have a 4 RB room of Sermon, Mitchell, Gallman, and Gore.
