Deron Williams training MMA and wrestling all these years helped him with his conditioning this fight. Frank did catch him a few times... but gassed, as well as Frank being a good sportsman didn't expect Deron to fight dirty here and there.

That's a really awesome interview. Frank said that Harbaugh was the first coach he had who let them audible at the line of scrimmage. Prior to that, they ran whatever play was called no matter the defense.
Also talks about the Super Bowl. Says they were way too cocky... watching the Ravens on film they were laughing saying there were gonna kill them. Wishes they never watched the film and kept that same under dog mentality they had all year.
