ummmmm....how about the actual HOF vote snubbing Eddie D again???? f**ken noob bandwagoners
He wont make the hall of fame simply because the modern voters want guys like Tom Brady and Calvin Johnson in the hall of fame and running backs (exception probably Adrian Peterson) are underrated.
Eddie D, Haley, John Taylor, Roger Craig, none of our past olinemen or DB's other than Lott on any of those championship teams are in.

There is no way Gore is getting into the NFL (Friends and east coast) hall of fame.

I don't know why we put so much value on the HOF. Baseball and football HOF is so full of politics, can you believe that a guy like Ogden, or Parcells got in before Eddie & Haley with their 5 rings! You have to be on the east coast or you have to be working for the NFL (Deon, Irvin, Faulk, and now Sapp) for any real consideration! The league has more credibility when the talking heads are HOF's.
Still can't see it. Gore really only had that one spectacular season in 2006. Given that he's on the gentle downslope of his career now, it would probably take some more seasons comparable to 2006 for him to be a serious consideration.

I would bet money that this is true. Frank is so hungry no that hes here. Whatever it takes to win, hes going to do it

I'm rooting for Gore to be MVP, I think if we win it's Kap, but I hope it's Gore, he has earned this, and deserves it. He, J.Smith and Willis deserve it. Guys who have made an impact that have been here throughout the crap that was the last 7 years, and now we are 1 win away from being Champions.

U forgot Sopoaga he been here for 9 years......

Kaep's abilities are not debatable RIGHT NOW.

To me his career has been similar to that of Curtis Martin. If Gore had been the starter in 2005 or didn't get hurt in 2010, he would be a 1,000 yard back every year of his career, just like Curtis Martin. I have all the respect in the world for Martin, but he never put up eye popping numbers, minus that one season. I felt that he got in because he was a model of consistency. Frank Gore has been no different. With that said, I do believe it is going to take something major to get voters to appreciate Gore in the way that we do. Not necessarily 1,600 yard seasons (he will never get enough carries to do that again), but more TDs, monster playoff games and Super Bowl performances. Two more 1,000 yard seasons won't hurt either.

The Hall of Fame Voting -- No Eddie, No Haley, No Roger

I don't know why everybody is saying we need to see him for 3 seasons before we can give him credit. For me all it would take is to win this game and I say Kap is elite no question about it.
i don't think so

If he would have blocked the gut closest to him I think the ball has a better chance to get to Moss as he was getting open. I know we can't do anything about it now, but that guy was right infront of Gore coming free but he went to the free rusher further away.

yeah i noticed this too
Kap can't throw a fade to save his life. I love the dude and I'm excited about his as the future QB for the next 5-10 years but this play and the play at the end to Crabtree were the same thing I've seen all season - he can throw it 60 yards but can't throw that fade
