The front row of the Endzone section is supposed to be that close to the goalposts.

Is this the last layer of durt before they lay the grass on?

yes, plus a layer of dead cardinals and seahawks to fertilize the new turf.

Thats an ugly ass stadium. All the money in the bay area and they cant come up with is that ugly ass thing. Look at recent stadiums built and we get that.

The problem is that those are all built in CHEAP areas. SC ain't cheap.

We may not be able to get the 8th wonder of the world, but it will still be 100 times better than the 'Stick.

I love the 'Stick, but its time has come.

EDIT: oops...except that last one...lol....but they are BOTH using it.

The design of those stadiums leads me to believe that they will not last as long or that the maint. will be higher to maintain.

That AZ stadium is effing u g l y. Like really ugly. Drove past it in Glendale when I lives in the area a few years ago and was like . The area not nearly as attractive as the projection pics from above

I live in DFW and my sis in PHX and neither stadium is surrounded by much. More importantly like another poster said the sites they're built upon cost nothing near bay area real estate. We are going to have a gem of a stadium considering. More importantly the mass transit options are huge as compared to the lacking options in DAL and PHX and the surrounding areas
Anyone heard on when we will have to pay our season ticket? And parking costs?

Did they change the seating area on the east side? Those lighted gaps where seats should be.

Yeah, I wondered about that as well. Looks like it's supposed to be some sort of on field standing area (presumably for the club people). Can anyone confirm?

The garage and great America lot are. But they will still probably offer prepaid parking in the other rented lots (rumored to be $40). Not sure who they will offer that to.

Invoices supposed to go out in April. Full payment due in June.
