you're right, but it's gonna take more than a leg humping. start stretching all of your orifices.

add a lil rusty trombone to the humping, should get you at least in the home opener...
New landscaping along Tasman and Gr Am lot

New High voltage electrical installation at very north end of Gr Am Lot. After thinking about it I'm guessing it's for Light Rail. It's near the Gr Am station. I think they moved this here as part of the renovation of the station to get it out of the way.

Row of handicapped parking spots. there are 5 such rows across the east side of Gr Am lot and the very east end of the lot is all handicapped spots. What's interesting is the 5 rows sticking out have signs saying they are general parking when parking for Great America as seen in the photo below. But the very east end spots are all permanently handicapped spots

I didn't think to look closely at the signs to see if they can be changed to handicap for Levi's events. The ground has handicapped painting already

intel banner at intel plaza/gate A

South end video board from top of parking garage. This image was up the whole time I was there

Yellow lot 2. You can see it's much less crowded than the last time I was there. They are starting to empty it in preparation for paving

the backside of the Pepsi sign. If you look closely you can see some cabling is in place. It will be an electronic display board. I expect there will be a lot more cabling and then it will be enclosed. I have a frontside photo later

Lettering that adds up to "Stadium" I have no idea what they will do with that.

Starting to put up gates

closeup

Really strange that they have this roll up at the far east end of Gate A

close up

installed gates and fencing on west side of stadium. I guessing since there is a gate to the dirt road between the fencing and the creek that is will remain in some form as an access road. Note the fencing/gates at ground level preventing walking around tower at ground level.

This is the east end of the north ped bridge (right at Tasman). Note the handrails wrapping around ends. The other end of the bridge has a gate. It looks to me that this end of bridge will be open to the street and with the handrails there I don't understand how they will mount a gate.

zoomed in view of fencing and landscaping on west side of tower

installing fencing between bridge and Tasman

concessions at north end of tower on intel plaza

close up of gates to street access

Close up of gates enclosing ground level on west side of tower

ground level view of Gate A

View from under north ped bridge of same workers installing fencing as shown earlier

Lights under north Ped bridge along creek trail. There are no lights under Tasman street bridge right next to it which is a much wider span. This is significant because this route can be used to get to the yellow lots and the golf course lots (there is another ped bridge crossing the creek into the golf course just to the north) for those avoiding the crowds on Tasman in front of the stadium

Front side of the Pepsi sign from the creek trail. You can see some of the trim was starting to go on also confirming it's an electronic sign

Last time I wasn't sure this was final "look" of fencing. I guess it is.

Similar colored lights going up on middle bridge as on canopy above tower. Nice repeated design element.

Dignity Health gate at SW corner. I wasn't positive before but it looks like no electronic signage here

close up. Note the installed fencing in the background

Dignity banner

South ped bridge already has colored accent lights installed

The very SE corner of Gr Am lot is now cleaned up and fully paved.

Electric vehicle charging parking spot ground lettering

2 EV charging spots are designated handicapped

They are still working on electrical boxes that are blocking these few spots (re-routing?)

back of Bud Light sign FWIW

The area around the south ped bridge and original vehicle bridge still has temporary construction fencing between GR Am Lot and Creek trail. Also the vehicle bridge still has no permanent gate.

No real sign yet for last founding sponsor on east side of stadium

This is mounted on top of the canopy above the west side of the tower in the center of the west face. I never saw it before. Camera maybe?

Another colored accent light being installed in middle bridge.

Another view of intel banner

This view of west end of north ped bridge shows colored accent lights have not been installed yet. since the other 2 bridges have them I expect they'll be installed there too.

Construction on improvements to Gr Am light rail station is almost complete

zoomed out view

Toyota gate at NE corner. Still no banners there.

Remember what was Centennial dr south of Tasman was renamed Marie P DeBartolo way last year. So Levi's stadium is on Marie P. DeBartolo Way, not Centennial.
The very short section north of Tasman is still Centennial

They finished repaving Marie P. Debartolo since my last visit.

My attempt at being artsy

Last attempt.

Nice pics!!
Did you happen to notice how far the Hyatt Regency hotel is from stadium? Looks like a short walk on the map.
Uh when are they putting up the giant pictures of the current/former players??

They used those as promo material. They will likely rotate the banners but if you recall, the picture of Frank is where the Intel banner is currently hanging.

About a 100 foot walk
They need to hurry the hell up...less than a month less before the Quakes play!

I used this (circuitous) pedestrian route given on Google maps as a reference, and halved it to the actual average distance where someone walking would end up @ Levi's from the Hyatt:

..."as the crow flies" you should know is a directional idiom, meaning if it were a straight shot between two points (birds can travel like this, people can't usually). I adapted it to that team in Baja Canada
