Did Candlestick have other things going on all the time too, or was the turf basically only stepped on for 49ers games? There seems to be a lot of different events going on at Levi's but I don't live in the area so I don't know if it is any different.
I thought with the warmer climate the turf would be perfect all season and not like the mush that Candlestick turned into every year in the playoffs.

There is nothing good that has come out of this stadium yet. Its a terrible curse, with overpriced food/drinks and ticket prices. Sorry, but the first losing season Niners have, everyone will be losing out on those tickets 100%. Also it's pretty obvious that s**tty field's price tag is going to be added onto SBL owners after the 3rd year annual prices lock-in is up.
I'm not familiar with the corrupt label. Could you explain how they are corrupt?
You seriously arent aware of the ties that the debartolo family had with the mafia?... You think that went away just because he signed it over to his nephew? Bwahahahaha
Difference is Eddie loved the franchise and wanted it to win. York just wants the cashhhh. Isnt it obvious just by looking at this stadium? Its a skeleton of what a stadiun should be. 30-40% the places built inside it arent even accessible to 80% of the fans. The stadium is plastered with different company logos, its whoring itself. And yes, i realize its a business, but compare it to others, its a joke. Last but not least, who the hell builds a self proclaimed most modern stadium and cant get the field right. Its a joke.
I have no doubt in my mind they pocketed the money.

Yup, you're all saying that now. Just look at the half finished product, compare it to att (dal) and metlife. Its seats so much less, and is smaller. How is it the same price tag.....

Same price tag to build? First you cant compare ATT to Levis because its cheaper to build a stadium in Texas and no tax so building Levis is more expensive, im not sure about Metlife tho. As a fan, Honestly I don't really care how the stadium looks like because I'll take what the team can get as long as they don't move the team and the Niners have a new stadium they can call home. Yes it's that hard to build a stadium in Cali just ask the Chargers and Raiders, The price of the seats is what comes with to building a new stadium now a days so it is what it is.. this isn't Kezar or Candlestick anymore.

Met-Life cost almost a half billion more than Levi's and the cost of commercial construction in the Bay Area is about 45% higher than in Dallas.

Question regarding sunlight at redskins game late November. I'm looking at tickets for that game but I don't want to sit in the glaring sunlight. At that time of year is it best to get seats under the suite tower(49ers sideline) or the other side? Thanks.

Thanks, dude. So if the sun isn't an issue, and in your opinion, where would you sit? Would you prefer the suite tower side?
