Levi's Stadium pics and info...

Anyone going to the Sharks outdoor game? Curious what the response will be.

I live very far away so it doesn't matter a ton to me, but I really wish it was going to be at AT&T with the scenery of the bay in the background. I know it would mean 20,000 less seats sold, but man that could have looked awesome on TV.

Levi's looks great, and I assume it will be towards the evening which will be even better, but still think they missed an opportunity for some real memorable shots. The novelty of the outdoor game is fading fast and this one won't help I don't think.

So the injured person from the Levi's bathroom assault is now partially paralyzed. Thanks to the handful of mental midgets who want to go to a football game this will now be lumped in with all the legal issues the team's had in the past year.

Just so it is clear, the vicitim was attacked because he tapped the attacker's shoulder and pointed out an open urinal. Basically trying to be helpful. He's a real nice guy and doesn't get into fights (friend of a friend). He wasn't trying to 'fight'. He's in real bad shape after the brain surgery. Really feel bad for the guy. Just there to watch a game and ends up having his life ruined.

That was just one of the things I was really starting to hate about Candlestick, all the actual/wannabe thugs who were making going to a game a negative experience, both out in the parking lots and inside the stadium. The 3 games I've been to at Levi's that element wasn't nearly as evident, but then again I was in club seats so I wasn't hitting all the other areas of the stadium.

In Green Lot 1 there were a couple big groups of the "I'm a bad**s" type that make sure you know it, but NOTHING like what I'd see at the Stick. That said, there's nothing that can be done to keep every d**kh**d out, but hopefully this is a one-off incident...hope that dude pulls through and recovers as well as can be expected, f***ing shame, he was just being polite and tapping someone on the shoulder.

That is really sad for everyone involved. Poor guy has his life ruined and my guess is those two idiots, though guilty, probably didn't mean to cause the harm they did (maybe I'm wrong... ). Feel bad for the parents and/or kids from both families.


BTW, anyone know of he got such crucial injuries? Did he hit his head on the ground? Did he get stomped out?

Has anyone noticed the big screen on the Bud Light zone end of the stadium has something wrong with the left part of the screen. The rest of the screen looks great but the whole left side doesn't have the same image quality.

The entire stadiums speaker system is behind that part of the screen. The part that looks messed up is like a video sheet that let's the sound pass through it, but it still can display video. I think I read that all the speakers were put on that side of the stadium so that the sound wasn't being directed into the residential areas to the south.
