Where do you start with this post? lol
The "real fans" that you speak of, that I assume you mean were at candlestick before, are the same fans that wanted people to sit down and didn't understand to not cheer when the offense was on the field. lol
Love the way you just have it etched in stone the team will tank for a couple seasons. lolol
You realize the 49ers lost their inaugural games at Kezar and at Candlestick, right? lololol
Oh lordy. Too much oakland in your Niner, Oakland-Niner.

Sorry, but the candelstick crowd was far more into the game than Santa Clara. Your just making stuff up to make your point sound valid. Candlestick wasn't known for being loud, but at least the people there wanted to watch the team and not jerk to their Iphone in the middle of a game. Candlestick wasn't about high tech or 100 dollar a plate Minna tailgates. Candlestick wasn't meant to be the attraction, the Niners were. Santa Clara is corparate gone wrong. You know it, you just wont admit it, because your emontial invested.
As far as "tanking the season," with this current crowd that could easily be 8-8, not 2-14. Its just not making the playoffs a couple years in a row, which is more likely than not to happen. Thats just football.
You got me on the Candlestick/Kezar thing. The only thing is I felt we were suppose to win that game. We've gone to deep into the post season 3 years in a row. We are better than the Bears. We just went flat, like the stadium.
Did I mention the nose bleeds are super nose bleeds. Unless your sitting in the 6000 dollar seats or the small section in front of press box, the field seems very far away.I definitly feel the Niners burned the guys spending 5k to 2k.

Didn't the Giants lose to the Dodgers in Pac Bell Park's opener in 2000?
Originally posted by StOnEy333:Not nearly in the same percentages. In the home opener at SC a majority of the crowd wouldn't even stand. It was weird.
Don't be mad because I got stuck paying for SBLs? More like don't be mad because you got buyers remorse after your 1st game experience at Levi's wasn't like walking though Wonka's factory for you. lol
And I'm not making anything up to make anything sound valid, but nice try to redirect. You do realize people sat there playing with there phones at Candlestick too, right? That there were people playing on their phones, not standing up and cheering, and cheering at the completely wrong time, right? How am I making anything up, here? This is literally what our shtick as Niner fans is, and we didn't earn it this year.
It cracks me up you try to belittle me by saying I'm emotionally invested. Of course I'm emotionally invested. I've been a fan for over 35 years and a season ticket holder for 20. I haven't missed a single home game in over 16 years. But you think I turn a blind eye to the than stellar points about Levi's because of that? Please. lol I couldn't care less about what anybody else's game day experience is like. I go to watch the Niners. I'll be there no matter what. We could have stayed at Candlestick for another 30 years or they could be playing at a local high school with a dirt field and I'd still be there to watch. That said, I happen to have a pretty damn good time at the games so far this year. The bud light patio it right behind me and everybody is partying and having a blast. Hot bud light chicks everywhere and
And I'm on the 3rd deck in Levi's and my seats are about as far from the field as my seats at candlestick were, and in Candlestick I was in row 24 in the lower level. I haven't been in the 4th level, so maybe it's a lot farther up there, but your overall assessment is a little off.
Anyway, I can pretty much tell you have some gripe against anybody that didn't sellout after the first game like you did, so no point in going on and on with this. Enjoy the games from home. I'll keep going to Levi's and having a blast 10 times (hopefully more ) a year. Just don't expect everyone else to jump on board with you and don't go after the people that don't agree with your opinion. The Levi's experience wasn't for you and you made a change to better yourself. Nothing wrong with that. But all you're doing now is trolling this thread with your hatred and it's really not necessary.

Yeah, I had to go look that up, but you're right. In fact the Giants got swept by the dodgers in the first 3 games of the opening series.
I hope we don't have to wait until 2024 to bring a championship to Levi's.

i feel like the niners are more focused on the road, gotta get this bad home mojo off our backs

Maybe we're going about this all wrong. Maybe we should embrace this concept and flip the switch on it. Cheer our asses off when the offense is out there and be quiet when the D is on the field. Might be good for them.
