Stubhub just partnered with the NFL on a new deal. My guess would be you will need to download the stubhub app and load your tickets through their app.

Hmm. I've never had a problem. The only time I've seen people struggling with it is when they don't understand how physics work and what angle you need to hold the phone so that the scanner can touch the screen and scan it. lol
