yup, a whole new company is in now. the food that they served at the picnic was pretty good

The options seemed to good....but the burger I had up in the broadcast club (maybe it was yahoo lounge) was pretty terrible. In fact we really didn't care for our food at the pub the night before. My steak was awful

New company for the concessions only. At the pub I usually get drinks and apps. For steak I usually ask for the steakhouse menu

s**t I didn't know I could get the steakhouse menu. My wife has been to the steakhouse a few times with clients and loves it. Unfortunately was closed that night
Hi Guys,

I'm a Clemson/49ers fan and I'm feeling good about the upcoming seasons for both of my teams, but Clemson in particular. I'm looking at hotels in the event we make it to the national championship. Where would you guys recommmend I stay if I come Saturday and leave Tuesday (game on Monday). I went to SF as a kid but I'd want to do some touristy stuff on the weekend then be in a good spot to easily access the stadium on Monday. Appreciate the help!

There's no spot that is perfect for both. Somewhere in the middle is probably best. San Mateo area or so.

We live in Cali. The heat is something you should know how to deal with.

CA is a big state with very different weather. SF weather all this week mid 60's. SC weather all this week mid 80s.

Aren't a lot of fans coming down from SF? Some who haven't been to Levis might not know it's a hot box lol

hardly that many SF people went to games in SF, but everyone in the area knows it's hotter everywhere outside of SF
Niners expressing interest in hosting SB 59/60 (FYI: NFL no longer has multiple cities/stadiums bidding on the game; league chooses a site and its on the city/stadium to meet host requirements once chosen)

Translation: "We're too cheap to pay what it would take to fix this POS, and our fans are stuck because of PSL's. So go fly a kite you idiots."
The sun/heat is mainly a problem during Sept & Oct home games

So f'n deal with it, man up.

Or don't attend those games. I'm going to the night games on 10/21, and the game against Denver in December, but I wouldn't pay a bunch of cash to be uncomfortable.

Although, I like the heat. Just some of the stories sound like hell
"We cannot add shade. We cannot build a roof. It's not possible."

Maiocco asked why it wasn't possible to add something structurally to Levi's Stadium that would give fans some relief from the sun.

"I would say a lot of it stems from the FAA regulations. Structurally, what I would tell you is even if you could do it, it would take years to build to get something up there. To hang something 230 feet or [240] feet from the air, it has to be a structure. It can't be a sunshade or an umbrella or anything along those lines. It actually needs to be substantial."

LOL

He came off as Jed York lite in the interview. Just completely clueless. Claimed they hadn't heard the complaints about the heat until last year. And mentioned that there were some complaints about the KC game in the first year. Even though a fan died of the heat in the first preseason game (before the KC game). Just a complete WTF interview.

I haven't heard it, now I am interested! The heat problem has been written about and discussed for years.

Dead fan? Must be a whiny Californian, they don't call us Forty Whiners for nothing.
