Dear Sir,

If you are going to use my namesake in this forum, please smarten up. I was many times called a "stupid liberal" for working to increase minority representation in coaching. This is a proud part of my legacy, take a look - https://operations.nfl.com/the-players/nfl-player-engagement/support-for-players-on-and-off-the-field/bill-walsh-diversity-coaching-fellowship/

Jed's stadium in Santa Clara and the local politicians there leave room for criticism, no doubt. Yet your simplistic commentary reminds me of Paul Brown's offensive principles back when I used to work for him - outdated, simple, sloppy.

Enjoy these 2019 49ers, and do better!

Eternally red and gold,

Was at yesterday's game - great atmosphere! The Faithful came out in full force and the stadium was rocking.

I'm usually one of the few standing and cheering in my section. Yesterday was definitely not the same. I'd say more than half the people around me were up and getting loud.

That 4th quarter was absolutely electrifying

I was on the sunny side, Section 224...it was what, low-to-mid 80s as the game went on? It was hot but I looked around and across the sunny side...the stands were consistently full and the fans were into the game. Great atmosphere, and at the end, it was nice to shut up those Terrible Towel-waving fans (Steeler fans travel pretty well around the country).

My season tickets are in 224! It was much louder there and in the stadium overall than normal. Even with the heat which normally drives fans down to the concourses, most people didn't go anywhere

Lucky you, being a season ticket holder in that section - great section and fans there! I was fortunate enough to be offered to buy tickets for yesterday's game in that section from a friend who's also a season ticket holder. Excellent win for the Niners to pull out yesterday given all that went wrong!
Pissed me off for taking as long as it did to get into the stadium yesterday, but it was a hell of an experience. Crowd was on fire, in spite of having the air taken out of the stadium on like 7-8 separate occasions.

There were some rumblings about issues with stubhub/barcodes.

They removed the white posts/tickets scanners and had guys with mobile scanners, but there was a huge bottleneck after the metal detectors... they didn't have enough people scanning tickets

Right. I was watching the people scanning the tickets struggle like crazy.

Was loud but could've been louder.
Hated the player introduction part. Stupid yelling their last names.
And the all gas and no brakes one too was lame. Fans weren't feeling either of those lol

The Earthquakes have been doing that for a while with their introductions. It gets the crowd involved. It doesn't bother me.

I can't stand the all gas no brakes. It's so forced and cringy.

I'm glad they stopped the old goofy music when we score TDs. Sounded like cowboy music from a 1950's western.

I thought the player introductions were cool, the crowd was pretty involved for it too. But the all gas no breaks was whack, i hope they never do it again haha.
I was in section 210 and loved how loud it was compared to previous years, but i know its only going to get louder because of how the team is doing. There was a lot of empty seats on the home side but i know those are the priciest tickets so it kind of makes sense.

I was at the franks station right under my section and jeez. I waited 35 minutes to order / get my food, the way they're running that stand is ridiculous. They have the cashiers make each frank as they are ordered, which makes zero sense. Those things should be pushed out by the kitchen or already pre-made and sit in the hotbox.
