Can't wait to see the current red/gold Quentin font "49ers" with red endzones. I wasn't a fan of the all gold "49ers" seen in 2015 and the second half of 2018

Hey webzoners, I am coming down from New Mexico for the playoff game and wanted your advice on seats. We are looking at section 205, but wanted to make sure we wouldn't have the sun in our face during the game. Any seat recommendations in the 200 level? Thanks!

visitor side will take the brunt of the sun on clear days. i don't expect there to be any issues with the sun & heat though, it's jan 11 after all.

Thanks Donnie! I'm not concerned with the heat factor just having to face the sun.

Depends on your finances really I think. Here's some pros and cons:
- They keep hiking up little fees here and there.
- The parking is overpriced, easy to get in and out though
- I think the PSL fee is a fkn shame, especially when/timing they charge you for it. Rumors that they will break this into a payment plan option for some. Got a guy on the inside
I mean comparing to what the Raiders had and have... I guess that's California living for ya.- What is cool that they just started doing last year is you can breakup your game tickets costs and do monthly payments, vs one lump payment (I heard they got a lot of s**t for not doing this so when the bad season hit, they acted fast)
- Costs also depend on where you want to sit and how many tickets are you going to get too? I'm trying to get over to the Niners side. I'm lower side, 20 yd line but on the visitor's side. Sun doesn't bother me at all. I can't believe people Have complained about it. They obviously never sat on the 50 yd line in the stick. It fkn cooked there too. What's worse though is that's where all the Season ticket holders sell their tickets to away fans. I only have 4 people around that we all know each other through over the years. That does suck.
- your special gift for being a season ticket holder sucks. They've always been cheap
- perks: discounts on merch is a plus, but for me here is the catch. You get first dibs at buying tickets for other sporting events and concerts. I highly recommend doing this if you become a member. Get those concert tix and sell them. I sold my national championship tix for $4,500 total and then bought tix on da cheap last minute. So huge advantages here. Have sold concert tix for a $$$$$ too. That's a good way to get some of your $'s worth
- you also will get access to a lot of cool stuff. Like for the playoff game I get to take my son down to the field for the flag ceremony and get to hold the flag while the fly over happens.
Really comes down to how much money you want to put into it and invest.

Thank you so much for the comprehensive breakdown.
The perks are super cool.
PSL fees suck.
I'm debating 200 level or 400
All about the budget.

The team won't like it but I HIGHLY recommend buying season tickets on the resale market. Typically can buy out someone's PSL fee for a fraction of the cost. It's what I did.
And yes. Go 200 level...not 400. I'm in 229 and love it.

Blue lots should open up 4 hrs before. I would assume
What other lots are good? Is there any difference because there certainly is in price. Thanks in advance

Green lot 1 is pricey, but it is the best lot for tailgating. Blue lot 1 is simply too far imo. Green lot 1 has a great atmosphere and getting in and out is a breeze compared to blue lot.
I think the only downside is the way the team/city of Santa Clara enforce the 3 hour and 55 minute window for tailgating. The gates don't open up as early as they should imo.
