Don't Tell me, Show me
"Our slogan for this year is, 'Don't tell me, show me,'" he (Jed York) said. "There's a reason that there's negativity around this team. We haven't been in playoffs since 2002.
"It's up to us to change that."

Have the Raiders forfeited "Just win, baby" yet? We could use that one for a while.

Am I the only one that finds the idea of a "Team Slogan" completely stupid?

It does seem lame, but it's all a tool to help create a culture/vision. A lot of businesses do it too. It can work if it really represents what you're trying to build and then integrate it into everything you do, but if it misrepresents the actual culture or is not supported by the coaches/managers, then it gets old real fast and can actually hurt morale.
