Was checking out another video posted here and found this video of Joe's last game as a 49er.

You poor newbs who never got to see him play can get an awe inspiring glimpse of the "Joe Affect" when he was leading the team. He made it look so easy.

I don't, man. I don't. I remember being amazed on a weekly basis for years and years and I'll never forget.

Pure coolnes himself, I only wished i was old enough to have seen Joe Himself command the huttle! But growing up seeing Steve wasn't to shabby either. It's kind of scary how Tom Brady resembles Joe's delivery IMO.

Well he grew up watching and idolizing him. It makes sense he would match his technique and delivery.
Don't you get the "warm and fuzzies" when you see Harris Barton, Steve Wallace, and Brent Jones out there?

Good times...
good times........
Getting a little dusty in here...

Seriously, the way Joe played the game was literally magical. I always felt like the guy could do anything. Greatest quarterback in the history of the NFL, period.
Have his final game on VHS gotta get it copied to disc

Me neither, I'll never forget. I think what many of the younger fans that never saw Joe play don't know is that he was a pretty good athlete and could run. You think running quarterback and Steve Young comes to mind, but Montana could move too. Not like Steve, but he could pick up yards.

Yeah, and that is what has made the past few seasons soooooo painful. I remember watching every Sunday just wondering how much we would win by, not if we would win or lose. Ahhh, the good ol days!

I feel for all the young bucks who never got the chance to witness greatness, and are accustomed to witnessing mediocrity! I say a prayer for all of them today, that things will change for them this coming season. Go Niners!
