How many Yards for gore this season

What makes you guys think this downward trend will stop? I cant think of one RB that has his numbers drop and then out of the blue had his numbers pick up. Face it Nolan ran the wheels off this guy. I love Gore as much as the next die hard 9er fan, He has been one of the few guys who have made a few season even watchable, but it just doesnt happen.

Any RB playing under Hostler is going to drop off. And did you already forget Mike Martz' approach last season? Get a clue. Gore didn't have a chance to duplicate his 06 numbers these last two seasons. Now that we're going back to a system similar to Norv Turner's, Gore's numbers will rise.

No, no I was sayin' he is our best player overall, Gore is great a premier talent, but in brass tax 52 is our best player.

i guess you could say he is our most TALENTED player but again without gore... where would our offense be?

The downward trend is related to the fact that they stack the line because we have only a running game and no passing game. That's not Frank Gore's fault. It's a failure of our Oline, WR's, TE and most of all QB's. Frank Gore is the best thing we have on offense. Our problem is not having other things around him not him...

I am not a glass half empty guy but god the being a 9er fan as of late will really get a guy bummed out. 9ers are dealing with the same QBs, Same talent on the O line, a very predictable off coordinator and god know what a WR so how is this any better than the last few years? How in the name of jesus do you really see Gore having 1400 yards?

I think he will have less but still do well.

Assuming he stays healthy, this fact alone should get him over 1200.

What the hell makes Raye predictable? Did you also fall to the rush 35+ times per game mantra?

Sure we have the same talent on o-line. But this time around, we're gonna have a different blocking scheme and no more 7 step drops.

I see Gore having 1400+ yards primarily because teams will have to think twice before loading the box. That strategy now has a very decent chance of backfiring with the outside threats. That and we will be a run between the tackle (Gore's specialty) instead of the Martz crap that we saw.
