According to him, he lives somewhere in the Bay Area (I forgot what city). I know he does work for KNBR during the 49ers season.

I think about 6'3" 250 lbs. Much bigger than a normal guy.

He's maybe 6'2" and maybe 230lbs these days. When's the last time you saw him?

He may have a home in the Bay Area which he uses during the season. His permanent home is here in San Diego. He was a pro ball player. I'm sure he can afford more than one home in CA even though most of us struggle to get even one.

His wife and kids are here in San Diego. His kids are in San Diego schools. He is a fixture in the community.

That's cool, I'm just telling you what HE told us.

He lives in Scripps Ranch. A nice part of North County San Diego. He was a former Charger too you know... A lot of Chargers and Padres live in Scripps Ranch and Poway. Those 2 areas have some real rich neighborhoods. They have some middle class areas but rich areas also. Merriman has a home in Poway and Tony Gwynn has one in Poway also.

Plummer played for the 49ers also and went to Cal Berkley as well. So it's no surprise to me that he has a home in the Bay Area as well. Plus he works for 49ers radio. So why wouldn't he have a home there? It's no shock to me. I would expect him to.

He probably has 4 - 5 homes throughout the country. He used to make millions as a professional athlete. He said he has some apartment buildings in CA as an investment for rentals. I think he owns a lot of property. He's richer than you or I will ever be.
wow...$500! interesting offer man but i think since it looks old enough to be a superbowl year signature so i'm goin to hang onto it.....maybe frame it or something.

Honestly, if the people above werent jacking with you, and you really wouldnt take 300-1000 dollars you my friend are an idiot. It is a legit auto. I have gotten Gary Plummers Auto on my helmet and my friend gave me another thing signed by him the signatures match up.

Since I have been a 49ers fan since grade school I don't think it is stupid of me to want to keep this shirt. It very much appears to be shirt signed just after the superbowl. Sounds to me like I would like to hang on to it. I don't need 500 right now. If I ever feel the need to get rid of it maybe I try then...but I doubt it. I'm not in it for the money.
If this thread is going to turn into an online auction, what'll you give me for...

An '84 team-signed ball?
or
'94 team signed ball?
or
A used helmet from the '84 season... SIGNED by Joe and Dwight?

Yeah, very fortunate. My grandparents and great aunt and uncle started getting season tickets when they began in '46. My dad followed suit in the late 60's. Also, my dad grew up with a guy who went on the play on Notre Dame's '66 Championship team, then in the NFL and even the 9ers- Kevin Hardy. Kevin hooked my dad up with a few treats.

I actually have 3 stubs; mine, my great uncle's, and one I picked up off the ground on the way out that night.

It's identical to my Oakland Invaders signed team photo from '85.
