Yes, after two NFL practices for a rookie o-lineman, he isn't looking like a Pro Bowler.

Boone has actually looked pretty good, minus a few mistakes here and there. I think he makes the final roster and eventually finds his way to the starting line up.

people have to remember he wasnt there all offseason since he wasnt able to graduate early like the other rookies

I don't agree.
Now while I do not believe that he should EVER be allowed to own another animal so long as he lives, he did his time for his crime.
I also believe that he needs to spend time away from the NFL and go through some serious counseling.
But otherwise I won't hold any animosity toward the man.
