why when he can be so called "rational" and do nothing but insult other posters and throw around so called facts that have no relevance to the situation being discussed.

Fact: in the NFL they use footballs. Now you are all idiots and I reign supreme.

Something kind of like that

You have no argument. Please go ahead and tell me where I am wrong.

you can read my prior posts for starters

You said that I was wrong. Please list.

when did I say you were WRONG! I never once said MADDOG YOU ARE WRONG!!! I disagree with you and you disagree with me. you have your opinion on the situation and I have mine! The only person who is right on this are the ones that are directly involved with the situation. The rest is just speculation on all sides and all parties. But yet I am the irrational one

On Reply 216, you stated:
"or you can just ignore the real situation and throw so called facts that don't relate to the situation"

Since I am throwing out so called facts that don't relate to the situation, I must be wrong.

Which facts don't relate to the situation, and which part of the real situation am I missing?

It is 11:09 EST, if you need time, I can wait to respond tomorrow. If you think I am wrong, challenge my statements directly. Then we can debate.

again where in that statement did I say MADDOG YOU ARE WRONG! again you are throwing out so called facts that do not relate to the situation. Is this a habit of yours? you couldn't find me saying your wrong so you pick anything I say and try and make it seem like I am saying you are wrong your bad at this. You pull up Barry Sanders issue about holding out. Yes they are both holding out but for a #3 pick to get slightly more than a #2 with a contract that is 1 year longer and comparing it to Crabtree who is the #10 overall pick who wants to be paid like he is a top 3 pick is ridiculous. I already pointed out in previous posts where I disagreed with the real situation that you are missing. But go ahead and keep acting like you are gods gift to the forum and keep insulting the rest of the members of the site in an attempt to feel better about yourself and raise your self esteem.

I would love to stay and chat and keep disagreeing with you but I actually have to get some work done now and work on reports woohoo. Same time same channel tomorrow. Good night Mrs. Calabash where ever you are

Could you guys go out in the yard or
something. Your silly fight is taking up this while thread.
if crabtree really wants to play chicken with the niners and not sign unless he gets that crazy money, hes in for a rude surprise. he wont hold out all year long, he and his agent both know that if he does that, he will probably be taken lower, make even less money than the offer the niners gave him, be considered a punk that most teams wont want to deal with... way too many reasons. i think if this continues another week, his agent will be fired and he will get another and quickly sign the contract shortly thereafter. also the niners keep his rights till a week before the draft, i saw it on NFL network, they can keep him from working out for teams until the week before the draft. my prediction is by monday he will be signed. maybe even saturday. if not and he actually wants to go through with this, the niners should consider trading him and TRYING to get another 1st for next years draft.
Rather then start a new crabtree page. What happens to the Nike, and Subway Deals?

exactly. great post.

There is still no "proof" that Crabtree has decided to sit out the entire season if he doesn't get the money he wants. But lets just say that he feels that way and he told his cousin that.....

His agent obviously denied the threat, so if his agent doesn't feel the need to sit out the entire season, then why should crabtree? isn't it his agent who makes most of the "strategic" decisions?

So i'm saying that his cousin is a douche whos making s**t up, and crabs will get a contract slightly better than DHB's by next week.
so back to when we think he will sign I say next wed
I really dont see what ground Crabtree and his agent have to stand on other than he was better than DHB in college.

If he holds out and sits the season, that is a year with no football, and he is a year older. Not to mention the diva label. If this many teams were ready to pass on him this year, what exactly does he think will happen next year?

The other option would be for him to hold out, go play in the UFL or CFL, but if he gets hurt he drops even lower. Plus, his agent would look like a bumbling idiot for putting his client at risk.

I really dont see this getting that far, but if it does, it seems like more risk than reward IMO.

Monday...book it
Unless he's an absolute freak of nature or God tells Sing to run the Spread Offense, Crabtree will have very little impact on the 2009 season regardless of when he signs. I'm eager for him get in camp primarily because the pre-season will probably be the last time we see him play on a regular basis until 2010 . . . after Bruce and Battle head into the Sunset.

Relax everyone. He will sign eventually. It doesn't really matter when.

i love that you just proved there are still Sane reasonable people on the zone....thank you Sonoco

everyone needs to relax....there are 8 others in the top 12 that still haven't signed...Crabs cousin is trying to use a scare tactic....its a pathetic attempt...but he is trying to help his cousin crabtree i guess

Exactly. I'm sure that if Crabtree felt this way, atleast his agent would have confirmed the threat instead of denying it.....

I mean, obviously Crabtree himself wouldn't say that publicly, 'cause that would just be stupid.... But if his agent denies it, then I say it never happened.

The team and Crabtree will meet on some middle ground and get him signed sometime next week, the sooner the better.

and for those who don't want to relax can either read, or write a message to Michael Crabtree on his own Facebook page ! ! !
marshall faulk was on so something. I don't think Crabtree pulls this s**t off on just any franchise. He perceives our organization as weak and desperate, and he wants to exploit that.

The whole league and NCAA awaits, is this franchise still the retarded step son of Eddie D...or on its way back?
