link??

They had some college guy who covered Crabtree on ESPN Live today who said that.

I still wish we would have listened to J. Rice and drafted DeSean Jackson.

I know, f**k you mike nolan

22 of the 26 starting 49ers this year Nolan drafted or signed for us. (Soap, Heitman, and Battle were with the team before but Battle isn't a starter anymore)

IF we make it to the playoffs with this roster, you might be sending him a X-Mass card this holiday season

I would never buy a rooks jersey, especially one who isn't signed. I waited two years before I decided to get a P. Willis jersey

tell me about it. i got an alex smith jersey after he got drafted.

Don't feel so bad, I went out and got a Barlow jersey and look how well he worked out.

My cousin bought a Foster jersey last year... What in the Blue Moon!!!!

What was he thinking?
Hey look at me! All my red boxes are filled in
Just wondering if anyone has a read on how other areas of the country are reacting to their #1 pics not being signed yet. Are they as torqued up about it as we are, or is there something different about the Crabtree situation?

yep, as suspected he just resurrected his DIVA nickname, with some help from his cousin and agent.

I can understand the holdout, but to announce it in the publicly is simply immature and classless.

When did Crabtree come out and say this publicly? I believe it was his"cousin"/"advisor" that said this to someone on ESPN. This isn't the first time a player has held out as a rookie. There are still 9 first rounders yet to sign but he is the highest profile drawing all the attention.

The difference is that Crabfoot's cousin made it public.
Crabtree is hurting himself more than he's hurting the 9ers. A few years ago I meant have said give him all the money he wants but that's just bad business and stupid today seeing our depth at WR.
Vernon's comment on Crabtree:

"[Crabtree] needs to get his butt here and help this team out," Davis said. "He has a chance to be a big-time player. He should take what he can get, and get here."

I would have preferred he kept quiet.

But I have to think vernon may be speaking for the entire locker room. Anyone think so as well?

LOL, ain't that something. He has seemed to mature though...
I'm not even following this news anymore. As far as I'm concerned he's not a 49er.

Lol-lets trade his rights to the raiders or the skins for their entire drafts next year! I really think that might be doable... Lol
