No one is picking us to win. We are flying under the radar again,
GO NINERS!
Funny how one bad game can change the league's view of the Niners. The Niners are a good team and we have all witnessed how good they can be when they come ready to play. Keep the faith fellow zoners!

This game is sort of scary. The Texans have a good offense with some deadly weapons and there defense has been doing better recently. After watching Matt Ryan pick apart the Niners defense, who knows what Schaub will do.
Hopefully the Niners D will show up for the game.
One bright spot, at least I get to watch the game on TV for once, since I live in Houston.

Lewis' status is up in the air so my finger's are crossed on this one. If Roman plays it could be really bad. I don't like to bag on any players but this guy is the king of miscues and getting beat. Seriously, setting up a cardboard cut out of Mark Roman at the safety spot would get just as much done as him being there in the flesh.
Lewis's status is in the air? Are you serious? The guy had 3 concussions since Aug. Status not so much in the air.
I mean his status for this week smarta$$.
really cause so did I! you really think that he should be on the field?
I am not a doctor so I couldn't say whether he should or shouldn't be on the field. I know concussions are life threatening to teenagers who play too soon because the brain is developing but in adults it doesn't work that way. I'm not suggesting he play even if injured. I'm saying his status coming from Sing and the doctors is up in the air.
You seem a little emotional I think. Midol is good for cramps just FYI.
That's one hell of a name you got there.

If for no other reason, I'm excited about this game because I get to see Crabtree play. What I'm hearing sounds great, but until you see him go up against the bad guys, you never know.

Just because they share the name doesn't mean they share the status. Matt Ryan is light years ahead of Matt Schaub. Ryan was not able to pick us apart. He was able to capitalize on our mistakes in a big way. We have to eliminate mistakes and play disciplined defense. Andre Johnson scares me but not as much as Mark Roman starting does.
The Houston defense has holes in it and they're 27th against the pass and 26th against the run. I'm saying this right now: if we make their bad defense look good I'm going to kick a baby right in the face because this is not a good defense.
The 49ers should beat this team. Control the clock with Gore and keep their offense off the field and it's an easy victory.
