Actually it does help a tad bit. The 9th and 11th picks are both signed. That gives a pretty clear range for the 10th pick.

That means absolutely nothing to Crabtree's agent or Andre Smith's agent. If you watch Hard Knocks on HBO, the Bengals VP was on the phone with Smith's agent and he was dead set on exceeding DHB's contract and so is Eugene Parker. Feel free to blame old overpaying Al Davis and the greedy agents for this mess.
