NEW ALT. UNIFORMS

So our "color rush" uniforms are basically our practice uniforms (Black) and our throwbacks from 1994.

And of all the English Soccer teams, we invested in lower league team.

I don't know but that seems cheap as f**k still.


But seriously speaking, I wish we picked Goodwin's version..with just red numbers on White that we have with white pants and red only stripes.

Or again All White but red replaced with Gold numbers and gold stripes. s**t would have looked classy as f**k.

Not even the Saints have solid gold on white.

Solid gold on white would be nearly invisible on TV. And using the uniforms from Goodwin's Instagram only requires white pants, which means no extra jerseys to sell. That was never going to happen.

It was an obvious and lame way to gauge how receptive the fans would be to white pants.

I'd suspect solid gold on white is probably as difficult to make out numbers as the red on black. I'm sure there is a reason no one does it.

And as for the dig at Leeds Utd, **** off. (Joking 😋 - just they are my football/soccer team and they are actually top 10 on support level, but been badly run for a long time, and recently changed ownership. It's probably the opportunity for huge profit if they capitalise on their size.)

Not sure using alternates as color rush, or investing in other sports teams, is a cheap move.

And we certainly have invested very heavily at QB, RB/FBs, backup LB (Smith), etc - so I'm not really seeing cheap.

And as much as the stadium is flawed, that wasn't cheap either.
