Did they scrap the noon release plan or did I buy the wrong jersey?

Actually the '94 throwbacks were '55 throwbacks except the helmets. So these are now a '55/'94 hybrid unless they allow them to wear the '55 helmets which were red with a single silver stripe.

actually i had to filter the jerseys. The new RTB w/new patch are available on the 49ers shop site

If you filter to "newest" the throwbacks with the patches appear for sale

Got a Bosa throwback with the 75th anniversary patch and a Lance throwback too. For some reason though, Lance's doesn't contain the patch which was kind of disappointing.

Just buy the patch separately and put it on the jersey yourself.
