If that was the only time you saw them win I guess. I watched that whole season admiring the play and puking over the uniforms. They were embarassing! Looked cheap had no heritage in them and looked like a team reaching to be modern. I'm not gonna want the team lookin like 90's retread dorks because they o

actually the '94 throwbacks were based on the 1955 Niners unis....the 1996(to 2008) unis that tried to update/improve on the '94 throwbacks were the ones that FAILED, imo

- You have the current classy ones (regular unis)
- A few tweaks (socks) = championship 80's look
- Throwback = best of '55/'94 and '62-'63 combined
- Alternate = updated throwback modernized

but i do really, really like our current unis, except for the dumb sleeve stripes.

If I was gonna re-design the Cards uni I'd start by MAYBE changing that old logo on the helmet, which is among the oldest if not THE OLDEST in the NFL, to something like this...
Or better yet, something that looks photo realistic that covers the entire helmet. Kinda like what you might see on a custom airbrushed motorcycle helmet.
