That's what I don't get. WTF does signing contracts and negotiating have to do with how a player uses his quick turning ability to cover better or where a players lacks football knowledge when you watch him on film...how quickly can a player tell you the details on what to do if the guy next to him goes left instead of right in a given scheme and what he should do to make up or help his teammate.

Absolutely, no doubt about it. I see it all the time in the large corporation I work for. Unfortunately many times those people that get in the ears of their executive sponsers rise to their level of incompetence, making the job a mess for eveyone else beneath them.
