We can snivel about him all we want but Jed is not going to throw away his security blanket.

All teams have people who do what PM does, however, few of them have that person doing primary interviews.

Are you (thread starter) saying you're on the Paraag for GM bandwagon? Paraag, someone with no people management experience or playing experience at any level? I wanna be GM too! He's a smart guy and maybe good at contract negotiations...

Lol. I started this thread, tongue in cheek, in 2010 and 7 years later, here we are.

This dude, along with BFF Jed, is listening to prospective GMs and HCs trying to sell their football experience to HIM.

Comforting, isnt it?

Totally

Makes me sick thinking about those two interviewing football guys.

Two kids in over their heads.

Exactly, how many contract guys lead/co-lead GM/HC interviews?

From March 2010. Four years later they hadn't learned. Funny how many of Jed York's issues were obvious in 2010. Only after he hired Harbaugh and had success, did some people think he might be more like Eddie than John. But after the "mutual parting" people still wanted to blame any internal conflicts on Harbaugh.

Parang is part of the problem along with Jed.

Momma York hands over the keys to a multi billion $$ franchise and the kid and his BFF treat it like a startup company from the garage.

Other than the 49ers, maybe the Browns who also have the EVP Football Operations and Chief Strategic Officer roles. However, in their case they are split between two people.

If you compare the structure to most teams (take for example Seattle) the General Manager is GM/EVP. The VP of Business Strategy and Analytics reports to the CFO. The HC is EVP of football operations and HC.

Mr. and Mrs. York weren't any better. Before Jed, the fans were calling for Mommy and Daddy's heads. That went away for a little while when Jed started, got Harbaugh, then got a stadium, and subsequently f**ked it all up in one fell swoop. Sadly, this is where we are as a franchise.
Did you guys hear that? I heard it the moment Scarbrough from Bama hurt his leg.

Paraage be like, "Wohoo! All ACL! Got heeem in the 3rd!"

I knew it! I knew it wouldn't matter that Baalkaca got fired. JeRaaka (the Triangle 69) still remains... these guys will support each other till the day they die. We (as fans) are ****ed!!!!
