Don't forget Jed had a mole on the coaching staff

If you mean Tomsula, I don't think it's any shock that a coach who had been there for years pre-Harbaugh was liked/trusted by Baalke/York when Baalke/York started to mistrust Harbaugh.

Well, this would be an interesting spin on the situation.

I don't know because there were leaks about Kap after Tomsula left.

Looks like sus uses that word a lot. LOL

Jed IS running out of material so it makes sense.
Ballard and McDaniels wanted no part of Paraag. Kyle likely has him on short leash.

I would hope that Shanahan uses his considerable bargaining position at the moment to put some restraints on what Marathe can and can't do when it comes to day-to-day football operations.

Lol coming from a New England organization they probably laughed at this dude and his "football" knowledge was pathetic. Just like Harbaugh wrote the "only Men can enter" on his door. No football guys respect this dweeb who for some reason has any power at all. That s**t would never fly in NE or GB or any organization but ours/CLE/JAX.

+1

Fire his ass the first day Kyle...

Cut the dead weight or detach the parasites..

Harbaugh says Hello
I find it hilarious that apparently McD didnt wanna be a puppet to Paraag, but the most well respected newcomers (wolf, gutekunst, paton, etc) and shanahan are fine with paraag meddling in day to day football operations.

To me, what this means, is that is full of bs. McD backed out because he realized Kyle was their top choice, same with Cable and Kirchner.

One thing I trust will come out of all these interviews with prospective GMs from successful teams is that Jed will get a clearer picture of how successful teams run their organization. You cannot talk to 6-8 people about how they run their business and how they might run yours without gaining a great deal of knowledge.

I also trust that Jed's ego has been substantially damaged by the past 3 years that he will be paying attention and make reasonable changes.

I may be proved wrong on all that but I just don't believe someone can sit and watch this train wreck for 3 years sit and listen.

I have bo reasib to believe he has learned anything. He and Marathe are still hiring thenheqd coach on their own and will be picking thenGM on their own as well. Football Ops looks to be structured just as it has been in.
There are no signs of York learning or changing. Lots of people here were convinced he had learned and changed after Tomsula.

This is true. The structure is still out of order. However, it does appear they had more than 3 people in the interviews. Some prefer to be anonymous but I just hope the anonymous are a link to our dynasty 49ers.

I highly doubt it...From what Young(KNBR interview) said about the York's I came away with the conclusion the York's have totally closed the book on the past and have moved on doing it their own way...
