LOL at our front office:
Hires a first time GM with zero scouting exprience.
Hires a first time HC
Possibly uses analytics to draft players.
What will Paraag do next? Draft a QB at #2 and go all defense after that?

Don't forget:
Owner who was given control of the team by his parents without ever accomplishing anything in life, in any field
Team President with no football background whatsoever
And we're all trying to figure out why everyone with any real football experience has backed away from this team......

He will hire Salesforce to run the draft.

Terry McDonough
"Paraag Marathe reached out and he could not have been more professional. I did not know him. When I met him, I found him very engaging and really intelligent. He conducted the first interview, and he was incredible thorough. When I was done with that first interview, I said, 'This is a guy I would want to partner with, along with Jed and whoever the new head coach might be.'

Not surprised. He's been here this long on one of the worst franchises in the last 15 years. Paraag knows how to play the game.

No, I just hope Lynch spears him and gets himself fired so that we can hire a real GM...but I'm sure BFF will mess that up.

I think the general consensus is exactly the opposite.
.....and that is why we're worried. Tired of Paraag and Jed. Mostly Paraag though.

Why would Jed pick a novice GM with literally no experience with contracts? No way it was so that said novice would be reliant on Paarag right...right?

Maraathe so excited about Shanny losing the Super Bowl because his odds of winning one just went up...since...the odds of a coach who has already won one to go ahead and win another one with a second team are very low.
