Something around 25 million per yr.
If Paarag pulls this off, he's a legend and zoners will repent for every disparaging remark ever made about him
I told ya so

I always liked him when he was sticking to contracts...when he interjected into other aspects is when I had issues. When this franchise has a strong FO/coaching, his skills to negotiate contracts are invaluable
We'll never know who the "rat" was but I did not like him in the booth monitoring the clock and timeouts.
Back in the corner, cranking out spreadsheets, ok. Or, having the ZONE on his computer one minute and something else the next

You need to go see Dr. Andrews in Atlanta because you just tore your rotator cuff.
The numbers track the franchise tag numbers and, as others have said, it coincides with 1) the expiration of the CBA; and 2) Lynch and Little Shanny's contracts. They are all in with the triumvirate.
I do believe he did a good job but "legend" status will depend on how he spends the rest of the cap room that we should spend to bring in an OL, WR, DE (Leo), CB, and other positions of need depending on whether we re-sign our FAs. Brown is in a contract year, is he the LT of the future after Staley retires? Quentin Nelson is the best OL in the draft but he is a guard. He is projected where we pick, which is where we got Iupati in 2010. So many moving pieces. But, the BIG piece is in place.
After resigning Jimmy G, maybe Malcolm Butler comes here as a FA as everyone is tweeting. Or Trumaine Johnson.
Resigning Jimmy G was obvious but the next round of FA signings will dictate how the draft goes and create the blueprint. 20/20BAS

He's awesome as probably as long as he stays in his lane so to speak (cap management).

Yeah, he's the third guy in this franchise that is a difference maker. HC and GM are obvious front office guys that make all the head line making decisions, but the CAP guy is the guy that has to really think long term, even longer term than the GM. The collective bargaining agreement is going to end in a couple of years, and I'm sure the rules are going to change a bit (or a lot) depending on how the owners and the players come together. Personally, I don't think there'll be a lot of changes to the CBA, just more money for the players and probably more rules about not practicing and working out and such. I think the bulk of the CAP rules will stay in effect, and that will make it easier for Praage to manage the cap.

I wasn't keen on parang when he somehow ended upstairs calling whether we threw the red flag or not. At that he was a FAIL. But contracts he has done a good job as noted by Giedi above. He needs to stay in his realm, however, and stay away from the football end of things. I was afraid he might inject himself in the JG contract and screw things up. NOPE, diidn't happen, and i bet Kyle was right there making sure it all went down as it did. Lynch also. Right now needing three Interior OL starters, an ER, CB, 2 LBs, S, we are oh sooo close. Whatever money we need to acquire the above, as long as the quality is there, DO IT!. I would have to see paraag get in the way of that. Let lynch be lynch. He had one helluva yr 1. paraag's job is to just pay the guys lynch brings home. Keep parang out of The Who do we pick business. He is good at what he does, just keeep him right there.

Paraag is an incredible asset. We have never signed a terrible deal. Every single deal he has done have always been fair to the player while also protecting the team.
He may be the best contract negotiator in the NFL.

And remains FRIENDS with the agents. That's such a huge deal with negotiations.

"We want to build enough time for anticipation so people get the vibe around here going into free agency that this is where you want to be," Marathe said.
"We wanted to make sure we had good signaling, that we had Jimmy's (contract) done going into free agency. Absolutely, we wanted to build momentum."

Unsung hero.
Baalke was the real bad guy during those dark days.
